AFHS Consulting Ltd was formed by our founder Andrew Frankum in September 2025. We are a competent and pragmatic organisation focused on providing pragmatic and person centred safety advice and consultancy to numerous sectors, working across all sectors but specialising in the housing, fire safety and property sectors.
Andrew is a competent and dedicated safety professional in ensuring that safer practices are adopted. Andrew has operated in the logistics and social housing sectors for the last 25 years, holding professional memberships with the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and worked at all levels from the boardroom to frontline services. Andrew has written national guidance and worked closely with government and regulators to help improve safer outcomes for businesses, individuals and to assist in policy development at a national level.
Andrew is very well respected in the housing sector but is clear that the services AFHS Consulting can provide all businesses is a fresh approach to both small and larger organisations.
